Woodhaven Lakes Recreational Center
In this design-build construction project, Key Builders renovated an old pole building that had been a general store and transformed it into an attractive banquet hall with educational rooms for art instruction.
Project design managers at Key Builders brought the building’s interior to life with wild floor tiles and exotic wall colors, making it appealing to the children who visited the center. The new addition included an arcade, pool tables, games, an ice cream bar and a miniature golf course.
Key Builders also transformed the surrounding landscape, removing seven feet of earth from a hillside to create additional parking for the facility.
