Woodhaven General Store
In this design-build construction project, Key Builders created a brand new facility through a pre-engineered steel building.
The exterior included cedar siding, split-face block and metal siding, and incorporated a unique covered walkway and a parking lot. The interior included a grocery store, a Kountry Kitchen restaurant, a deli area with a small area for a branch bank, and laundry facilities. Special features included a commercial kitchen, fire suppression technology, a large walk-in cooler, public restrooms, interior planter boxes and hanging soffits and fascia systems to help divide the open space.
