Morrison Sports Complex
Key Builders partnered with the 25-acre Morrison Sports Complex to create 4,300 sq. ft. of concessions and maintenance spaces for the thousands of people they serve each year.
The project included the construction of a 2,700 sq. ft., 2-story, octagonal concessions building, a 1,000 sq. ft. rectangular concessions building, and a 576 sq. ft. maintenance building with a loft area. Throughout the project, Key Builders put a heavy emphasis on coordinating with the other outside trades to ensure that construction moved forward on scope and on time.
The Morrison Sports Complex sits on 25 acres of land and includes a junior football field, softball field, and four baseball fields.
