Prophets Riverview Independent Living
This independent living facility is an apartment building with 16 one- and two-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own kitchen, laundry facilities, and living room. The building is fully handicapped-accessible and is equipped with a full-size elevator.
The building has a detached four-stall heated garage with extensive landscaping around the complex.
This was Key Builders’ first project working with CADM Architecture and the Good Samaritan Society. After completion of this project, Key Builders won a follow-up bid to go on the road with CADM to renovate another assisted living facility in Lodi, Wisconsin.
