Machinery Maintenance
When Machinery Maintenance Inc. needed a new office complex, they called on Key Builders for design-build construction services.
The building was constructed into the hillside, which had been an old railroad bed, and used a jumbo brick veneer with stone inlay on the exterior and a metal panel veneer around the entryway. On the inside, Key Builders applied a retro look by using black door frames with clear birch doors and casework, as well as a unique color selection and tile layout to add to the retro feel. Special building features include light-gauge load-bearing framing for exterior walls, foam and fiberglass insulation systems, bar joist with concrete cap for the second floor, bar joist with a metal deck and membrane roofing, an elevator, and two stairwells.
