First Trust & Savings Bank
Key Builders traveled to Watseka, Illinois, in the summer of 2008 to help upgrade and renovate this community bank. Key Builders’ challenge? Execute all work in such a way that the bank could remain open for business and effectively meet all customer needs throughout construction.
Renovation work included opening up walls to expand office space and adding design enhancements to the ceiling in the main lobby area. Other work included demolition, casework, trim work, framing, drywall and finishing. Key Builders worked as a contractor directly for the architect and coordinated with all other trades working on the site, helping to keep the project on schedule.
