Tim Gorman, Project Design Manager
What I do uniquely well is listen to my clients explain their needs and desires and then translate that vision into creative design and construction solutions. My goal is to come up with solutions that put clients at ease and create peace of mind.
Throughout the project, I maintain a high level of customer service so each client feels like he or she is our most important client.
What I do uniquely well is listen to clients explain their needs and desires and then translate that vision into creative design and construction solutions.
What I recognize is that my job isn’t about buildings or even about construction. It’s about the long-term relationship that the owner has with a building. Any contractor can build from a set of plans, but what we do is come up with innovative design solutions that make owners feel at home and at ease in their buildings. This is something I’ve learned from experience: I’ve been with Key Builders since 1983 and have more than 25 years of experience in the construction and design industry.
In the case of Greenfield Assisted Living, our design challenge was to meet a certain building classification for reasons of fire code. To accomplish this and to stay on budget, we developed a creative design and adopted new materials to meet both the established design criteria and the required fire rating.
