Joe Bell, Project Manager
I’ve been in the construction industry for 35 years. So when it comes to managing a project, I know what the cost, schedule and expectations should be. I’ve had a lot of fieldwork experience, and I know the mechanics of a job, how to build something, and how to build it properly.

More than 30 years ago, I started out as a field worker, later moved into a superintendent’s role, and then became a project manager. What I bring to the table for you, as a client, is my level of experience and my knowledge of how to get work done — on time, on budget, and on scope, every time.
